Quotations
Quotations are prepared against the product, quantity, size, material, finishing and delivery information you supply. A change to any specification may change price and turnaround and will be confirmed before production continues.
Artwork and approval
Production begins after artwork or proof approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of approved content, including spelling, contact information, barcodes and statutory declarations.
Colour and material
Print colour is matched as closely as the selected process, stock and finish allow. Minor variation between runs, substrates, screens and printing processes is inherent to commercial printing.
Turnaround and delivery
Production turnaround starts from final approval and any agreed advance payment—not from the initial enquiry. Delivery timelines depend on destination, package weight and courier or transport schedules.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each approved quotation, usually with an advance and the balance before dispatch. GST invoices are issued for confirmed orders.
